Patients who were not prescribed an opiate
Denominator Exclusions
Patients with active cancer, palliative care, end-of-life care.
Denominator Exceptions
Opiate prescribed for medical reason documented by the Eligible Professional (e.g., suspected or diagnosed herniated disk, fracture, sciatica, radiculopathy)
